1990 Citroen BX14TE St Tropez

A wonderful limited edition petrol engined BX with just 35,000 miles.

HISTORY
Supplied by Citroen UK and first registered as a Citroen demonstrator, the car has subsequently had 5 more previous owners. The sixth owner had it in a collection for 10 years and was off the road during this time (2013-2023). Our BX has evidence of 8 services, the last by us in 2025 including a new timing belt and water pump plus some steering gaitors to address the only MOT advisories. The tyres are in excellent condition with plenty of tread. We have a collection of 22 MOT certificates, the current test is valid until September 2026 with two advisories (both addressed).

SPECIFICATION
Alpine White with exclusive check upholstery. Central locking, glass tilt/removable sunroof, colour coded bumpers, rear wash wipe, green tinted windows with rear sunblinds, cigar lighter, clock, rear seat belts, JVC radio/CD player (after market), reclining front seats, internally adjustable door mirrors, St Tropez graphics. No power steering but the car is surprisingly light to drive.

CONDITION
Wonderful, original condition throughout. The paintwork is unmarked all-round, the engine bay presents beautifully, the interior is very nice however there are a few small marks to the squab on the drivers seat. The wheel trims are in excellent condition with new colour coded valve covers sourced. Under the car is remarkably clean and the boot area is in fantastic condition. Road tax is excellent value at £220 per year (in five years this car will be MOT and tax exempt). There are hardly any BXs on the road anymore, and this has to be one of the best preserved.
