2001 Mazda MX5 California
A two owner California with 35,300 miles in stunning condition
Our California was sold by TW White and Sons in Orpington to its first owner in March 2001 and the car comes with the original bill of sale. One of 500 made with only a few remaining in rust-free condition. Our car shows four stamps in the service book at 4,600 miles, 8,600 miles, 12,700 miles and 16,000 miles plus a major service in 2018 including timing belt, idler and tensioner, cam cover gasket, air filter, spark plugs, oil and filter. There was another service in August 2019 at TW White and Sons Mazda including brake and clutch fluid and an oil change, so 6 services in total. MOT is valid until August 2021 with no advisories and we have every other MOT certificate. This car has never had any rust and has never needed any welding, it’s one of the best we have ever seen.
Sunburst yellow paint, power steering, electric windows (optional), alarm, central locking, 15 inch five spoke alloy wheels, single CD player, after-market chrome roll hoops (removable).
In fantastic condition throughout, with no dents or scratches, the alloys are almost perfect, unmarked, the interior is mint with no rips, tears or marks on the seats. The roof is in perfect condition with a glass rear screen. There is no rust anywhere on the car and the headlamps are clear. Continental tyres all round with plenty of tread. The car genuinely looks as good as it does in the pictures. We have the original book pack and a file of invoices. The car has had a full, clear Motor Check and we have two working keys and fobs. Road tax is £290 per year.
