1970 Ford Mustang Boss 302
This beautiful and rare 1970 Ford Mustang was imported from Los Angeles in April 2006 to Amsterdam in the Netherlands, where it lived until last month when we purchased the car.
At some point in it’s life in the Netherlands the car has been repainted to resemble a Boss 302. Please note this is NOT a Boss, just painted to look like one. In fact Ford never built a 70 Boss Convertible, so this car is unique! The engine and gearbox are both matching numbers. The car looks like it was originally a creamier shade of white. The Dutch owner (he was an airline pilot) has lavished a lot of money on this car in the last few years including a new roof, new wheels and tyres, new interior, new front disc brakes and brake booster plus the engine and gearbox have been overhauled – we have a folder of invoices to go with it. As such the car presents itself very well indeed.
The car has a power hood that works faultlessly, the paint gleams (the red stripes are painted too), the chrome is perfect and the red interior dazzles. The lights have been carefully converted to UK spec and the car has a fresh MOT with no advisories. It has a V5C and black on silver age related plates. The NOVA has been completed and all duties are paid. Road tax is free. We have two sets of keys and a few period documents and booklets, including the Temporary Ownercard and metal stamp.
We are 5 minutes from junction 5 off the M20. Viewing strictly by appointment. Call us on 07711645465 to view the car.
